What a location and view. Directly on the North Beach with private access to the beach and outside shower. This home is truly beautiful. The main floor has the fully equipped kitchen which is very open and overlooks the beach. The living room is also on this floor with a view and deck off of it. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the 1st floor, one bedroom has a queen and the second two twins. The top floor is where the master bedroom and bath are. There is a deck on this floor as well. This home rents from the end of May - the 1st of September.
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date.
