Desoto is directly on the ocean and has a swimming pool. They also have elevators that open directly into your living room. The living room and master bedroom overlook the ocean. The living room has a deck off of it, cable TV, and a VCR. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a TV. It also has a master bath, which is huge, with a Jacuzzi tub and large shower. It has large closets. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third bedroom has 2 full-size beds, TV and a door to the second bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen, dinning, and living room are all open together. It has a large dinning room table. This condo has it all, plus more!
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $1,900.00 weekly $325.00 nightly
Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $1,470.00 weekly $300.00 nightly
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date.
