The house is split into 4 rentals, so you can rent the whole house or part of it. The view is incredible! The living room, which overlooks the ocean, has a deck, a sofa sleeper and a TV. There is a second deck when you enter the unit. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and refrigerator. This unit is on the top floor. One bedroom has a queen-size bed while the second bedroom has 2 full-size beds.
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $1,090.00 weekly $185.00 nightly
Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $870.00 weekly $165.00 nightly
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date.
