This town home is a very short walk to the beach. There is a view from the two large decks. One of the decks, which is a sundeck is off the master bedroom. There is a queen-size bed and a TV. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub. The other 2 bedrooms are also on the top floor. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a full size bath on the same floor. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all on the same floor along with a half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a dining room table and a bar with 4 stools. The living room has a fireplace.
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $1,100.00 weekly $250.00 nightly
Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $900.00 weekly $225.00 nightly
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date.
