What a beach house! Completely remodeled and updated. Located on the Marsh with a dock. Very private yard. The house is ground built so you don't have to worry about climbing stairs in the 100 degree weather. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 1/2 bath and door that leads out to the screen porch. The 2nd bedroom has a double size bed. The 3rd bedroom could be used as a second den or a bedroom it has a queen size futon. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, wireless internet connection and a double size futon. The kitchen has it all; stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher plus it over looks the beautiful Marsh. Large laundry room with a door so no-one can here the washer going. This is a must see to appreciate the beauty. Fenced dog run. This house is pet friendly!
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $975.00 weekly $145.00 nightly
Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $820.00 weekly $125.00 nightly
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date.
