Even though they are 1 building off the beach, you feel as if you are directly on it when you sit on your deck. Each condo is one level with 3 total in the building. The elevator open directly into your condo. There is covered parking for 2 cars ONLY. 1st bedroom has a king size bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen size. 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The living room has cable TV / DVD player and a queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen over looks the living room with a eat at bar. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $1,870.00 weekly Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $1,470.00 weekly
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date.
