No street or parking lot to cross to get to the beach. The unit is on the second floor. There is an elevator. The complex is small. There are only six units. The living room has 2 sliding glass doors that lead out onto the deck. The deck has a wonderful view. The living room has Cable flat screen TV, VCR/DVD, and a queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen over looks the living room and is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that goes onto the deck. It has a king size bed, cable TV, walk-in closet and a master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size be plus cable TV. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. This is a non-smoking condo.
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $1800.00 weekly $275.00 nightly
Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $1260.00 weekly $225.00 nightly
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date
