This brand new condo (June 2007) is located at the south end. It is within walking distance to pier, shops, restaurants and beach. It is on the 2nd floor with a elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The living room has cable TV VCR, and DVD. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $1475.00 weekly $250.00 nightly
Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $870.00 weekly
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date
