One of the few complexes on Tybee with a swimming pool and hot tub. Located at the south end within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, pier and beach. 106 is on the 1st floor with a elevator. Master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, doors that lead out onto the deck, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and large shower. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with trundles, and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. The living room has cable TV, DVD and doors that lead out onto the deck that has a side view of the beach. This condo is equipped with DSL.
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $1870.00 weekly $300.00 nightly
Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $1470.00 weekly $250.00 nightly
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date
