You have a side view of the ocean from your balcony. Very short walk to the beach just across the parking lot and your there. It is conveniently located to all of the shops, restaurants and pier. The condo has 3 bedrooms plus a queen sofa sleeper in living room. Master bedroom has king size bed, full bath with Jacuzzi tub, cable TV, VCR and DVD player. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with TV. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Non-smoking please! Parking is gated and can park up to two cars.
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $1160.00 weekly $175.00 nightly
Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $860.00 weekly $150.00 nightly
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date
