Charming little beach house. It is only one block of the beach. The house is equipped with every thing you need to have a great vacation. Both bedrooms have full size beds in them. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. There is also a front porch to sit on and relax.
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $700.00 weekly $125.00 nightly
Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $500.00 weekly $100.00 nightly
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date
