This house is great for families with children. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and a set of twin bunk beds. It has a nice size screened in porch that leads out into the fenced-in yard. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is enough parking space for 3 cars, as well as a carport to keep your car out of the sun. There is an outside shower, so when you come back from the beach you can rinse off. It is a short 3-block walk to the beach. There is a TV in the Master Bedroom. There is also a TV in the living room with a VCR, so in case it rains the kids can watch videos. This house is unbelievable for the price!
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $860.00 weekly $125.00 nightly
Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $560.00 weekly $100.00 nightly
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date
