Trees surround this house; It's like an adult tree house. It has beautiful furnishings throughout the house, a huge screened porch with a swing, and covered parking under the house. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, cable TV, and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. This house is a very short walk to the beach. There are no busy streets to cross to get to the beach.
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $1060.00 weekly $175.00 nightly
Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $660.00 weekly $115.00 nightly
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date
