This Townhouse is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, pier, shops and only 2 houses from the beach. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms full bath and laundry room. 1st bedroom has a queen bed with TV. 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks with trundles and TV. 2nd floor has fully equipped kitchen, half bath, living room with fireplace, cable TV and dining room. There's also a screened porch off the 2nd floor. 3rd floor is your master bedroom with king size bed, TV and private bath. This house has plenty of space to accommodate 10 people. This house is pet friendly.
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $1,600.00 weekly $300.00 nightly
Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $1,070.00 weekly $200.00 nightly
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date
