This condo directly overlooks South Beach. The views are amazing. Located at the South End of the Island, which is walking distance to the pier, restaurants, shops and of course South Beach. Enjoy relaxing on your balcony and watching the fireworks from the pier, which happens several times a year. The condo has gated parking for two cars. There are 3 large bedrooms, each with cable TV. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean, has a king bed, large master bath, with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. The open floor plan is great for family gatherings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.
Peak Season: 2/28 through 9/15 $1,800.00 weekly $300.00 daily
Off-Peak Season: 9/16 through 2/27 $1,300.00 weekly $200.00 daily
Deposit: Required half of reservation up front and security deposit mailed in by check (within 10 days of making your reservation). Cancellation Policy: $25.00 fee if cancelled and party responsible for entire reservation if canceled within 30 days of reservation date
